Bio4Men has done everything to describe and represent all articles sold on the website as truthfully and accurately as possible. However, we cannot be held liable for any omissions or errors.
1. Sales agreement
The sales agreement is concluded between Bio4men/bio4women and the adult customer, at the time the order confirmation appears on the customer’s screen. Everyone placing an order with Bio4men declares to agree with the general terms and conditions. An order can be cancelled by informing us of this by e-mail within 4 hours after receipt of the confirmation e-mail at no extra charge.
2. Shipment
2.1 Cost of delivery and discounts
The cost of delivery is determined by the amount of your order, the weight and the number of products ordered. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates if necessary. Delivery costs are always clearly stated in your order confirmation and on your invoice. An estimation of the shipping costs can be calculated in your shopping basket. We also ship orders outside Europe. As these costs cannot easily be calculated automatically and we want to propose the cheapest means of transport, we ask you to contact us of you don’t find your country in the list of countries so that we can offer you the cheapest rate.
2.2 Delivery period
Delivery within Europe is between 1 and 8 days, depending of the shipping company.
2.3 In case of absence
DPD: If you are absent you will receive a notice in your mailbox so that you can contact them yourself. Three attempts of delivery will be made at no extra charge; after that, your parcel will be sent back to their warehouse (this can be in a different country from yours). If the parcel is sent again, you will be charged for the transport costs again (you will be contacted for this). If you no longer wish to receive the parcel, you will get your money back, minus the transport costs (see section 2.6 B).
REMARK: Of course, you can also have your parcel delivered to your place of work in order to avoid useless attempts of delivery. This way, you can receive the parcel immediately without any extra effort.
2.4 Delay and loss
Bio4men cannot be held liable for delays caused by transport.
In accordance with the legislation on ‘distance sales’, Bio4Men is liable for the shipment until the moment of delivery. All our shipments can be traced by us, except parcels sent by regular mail. If you have not received your order, please contact us within 15 working days.
2.5 Damage
The customer is responsible for immediately indicating any visible damage to the packaging on the delivery note and having this signed by the courier service / POST NL. Goods which are broken or missing on delivery will be credited or sent again by us on the condition that we have been notified within 48 hours of the delivery by e-mail, accompanied by a digital photograph. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your claim.
2.6 Return shipment
A. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer you the possibility to return the product within 14 working days after receiving the order. You must always inform us of this in writing (by e-mail) and in advance; you will receive a confirmation e-mail when we receive your request to return the goods. The article must be returned in its original packaging, not be damaged or used and carry sufficient postage. Returns are made at the risk of the sender, in this case the customer.
B. Products which are returned to us under the conditions described in section A will be refunded by us within 30 working days. Shipping costs, incurred by either you or us, will not be refunded. This means that you will receive the purchase price minus the amount of the shipping costs. However, if it concerns a product which was delivered by Bio4men by mistake, we will take care of the shipping costs.
C. We reserve the right to refuse return shipments in case of suspicion that the goods have already been used or that they have been damaged by a cause outside the responsibility of Bio4Men or the transport company.
3. Payment
Online payment (Paypal, Visa, Mastercard) is free of charge for the customer and fast. Your payment will be registered immediately and we will therefore be able to ship your parcel immediately.
4. Product prices and information
All our prices are in euro, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. We try to make our product descriptions and photographs as clear and correct as possible. Information about the products, such as dimensions and weights, is always indicative and colours in the photographs can slightly vary from the actual colours. You can always obtain additional information about our range by contacting us.
We always send your parcel as a whole in order to avoid high transport costs. In case of orders two days. In case of orders for which one or more articles are not available in our stock, you will be contacted by e-mail with the expected delivery date. All articles ordered will be shipped together. If in this case you wish to cancel the order or the article which is not in stock, this is possible at no extra charge and only by e-mail within 24 hours of Bio4Men answer with the expected delivery date.
5. Questions and complaints
Bio4men strives for happy customers. Should you have questions, remarks or suggestions, we would like to hear them.
Complaints can be made by e-mail to info@bio4men.com and will be processed within 5 working days. In case of disputes related to the entering into, the validity, the interpretation or the execution of the sales contract or of these general conditions the Dutch laws will apply in the judicial district of Rotterdam.
6. Liability
The liability for our products remains with the manufacturer. Bio4men is excluded from any responsibility for problems with these articles. In case of problems we ask you to contact us; we will then contact the manufacturer and look for a solution.
7. Personal data
Bio4men strictly complies with the Dutch law on the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data. Bio4men undertakes not to disclose, sell or transfer your personal data to third parties under any circumstance. However, your data may be used by Bio4men in order to provide you with interesting information or make offers, without obligations, and only if you explicitly request this by signing up for the newsletter.
8. Ownership
Bio4men retains the complete ownership of products sold until the purchase price has been paid in full.
