We will make every effort to work with you to find a solution and resolve your complaint within two days.

Does this not lead to a solution? As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.

Monday through Friday, Bio4men ensures that all orders received before 3 p.m. CET are shipped the same day via PostNL, provided the items are all in stock. PostNL guarantees that all orders within the Netherlands will be delivered to the correct address within 24 hours. International deliveries are subject to a time frame of 1 to 5 business days. We send all packages with Track & Trace code.

We use the following secure payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna payment later and for foreign customers also KBC/CBC, Bancontact and SofortBanking. In addition, you can use wire transfer.

This is possible up to 1 hour after the order is received by Bio4Men. You can cancel the order, by sending an email to info@bio4men.com, please mention which order number it concerns. Payment will then be refunded to the specified account as soon as possible. For this operation, €1 will be charged.
